At Tandy Leather, Inc., we want you to be fully satisfied with your leathercraft supplies. If you are not happy with your purchase, you can return most items in their original, unused condition within 30 days of the purchase date.
Verify Eligibility
Ensure your items are in original packaging and have not been cut, dyed, or altered from their original state.
Obtain Authorization
Contact our customer service team or visit your local Tandy Leather store to generate a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Pack and Ship
Securely package your items with the original packing slip and clearly mark the RMA number on the outside of the shipping box.
Receive Refund
Once our warehouse inspects and approves the return, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
